Paula Duncan
Paula is a founding Director and full time project manager in the STM Specialists delivery team. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Performance Coach with ten years experience in considering how employee behaviour can be harnessed to deliver business results. Paula has designed development and talent management programmes for a wide variety of clients and specialises in designing and delivering evidence based assessments.
Paula’s specialism is in assessment and development with a focus on creating and embedding robust selection processes for large scale recruitment programmess and high level executive profiling projects for key appointments. Over the last five years Paula has gained significant experience in developing bespoke interventions for clients experiencing significant business change.
She has focused specifically on reviewing business success profiles and creating targeted talent audit and management programmes that support accurate and timely people resource management and development.
