To deliver these solutions we work in partnership with a select group of HR Professionals, Occupational Psychologists and Specialist Coaches to ensure each aspect of a project is delivered by an experienced expert within that area.
Our flexible approach means we do not rely purely on the experience of a single consultant when creating solutions, which allows us to utilise the correct person at each stage of the project. You will have an assigned project manager with a wealth of technical expertise and experience in the area of consultancy required. Your project manager will deliver the elements of the project that fall into their expertise then manage the input and actions of any other specialists assigned to the project.
Paula is a founding Director and full time project manager in the STM Specialists delivery team. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Performance Coach with ten years experience in considering how employee behaviour can be harnessed to deliver business results. Paula has designed development and talent management programmes for a wide variety of clients and specialises in designing and delivering evidence based assessments.
