Providing a useful indication of team and job fit, personality tools are extremely valuable in helping clients articulate and investigate what they mean by the ‘right type of person’ for the role. By using reports that are carefully worded and presented to support informed use, we focus on avoiding the risk of ‘dip test’ tools which can mean candidates are inappropriately rejected based on a personality tool, without further investigation and consideration. A range of reports and outputs are available to support clients in the use of personality profiling. For immediate, low cost and quality interventions we provide two levels of service:
- Overview report – Focusing on 12 key areas of candidates’ preferred work styles, this report is designed to give the client easy to use and comparable information about how candidates will fit into their business and the target team.
Cost per candidate £100
- A competency related interview guide – This report translates candidates’ preferred work styles to likely capability in a range of competency areas and then provides clients with a structured set of questions in which to run their recruitment interview. This report works particularly well with clients who lack confidence in their own ability to structure and conduct an effective interview.

For clients with more in-depth requirements, our in-house Psychologists can provide bespoke interventions on a £650 per consultant day basis.
