This course gives potential recruiters an overview of the benefits of using an assessment centre to recruit and the basics of how to design and deliver one. The programme explains why and how to use assessment centres to recruit more effectively and reduce the potential for poor recruitment decisions being made (with the associated costs to the business).
The course is designed to give practical information and advice to both HR and non-HR professionals, in particular organisations which do not have the luxury of a specialist recruitment department or support. It covers the assessment centre from who and what to assess, to how to gain useful evidence from candidates and how to make the best decisions with this information.
